A much later shot of the a frame platform bow sprit, looking up from
underneath. 2" sched 80 center pipe, 2" sched 40 perimeter,
1/4" anchor troughs, all type 316. At the moment a 75 lbs CQR on
port, and a 66 lbs Bruce to starboard as primary, but this may change.
The bow sprit was another sub project which was a lot of work... about
250 hours all told, counting design time, machining, fabricating, assembly,
and installation. Just hanging it up there was a project, especially getting
it to run fair with the projected line of the sheer. Back
