Manny said if I could figure out how to make that center piece, he could install it, so I turned a bell shaped piece on my 10" south bend metal lathe, and cut the 1/4 segment out of it. He carved it into the curving bulkhead at the necessary angle, then carefully sanded without going thru the veneer on the plywood. Once we did it that one time, I realized the I could use the same process throughout the interior, and got pretty good at carving them in myself. But Manny did the first one. Next
